| Calling local Disabled residents - register to vote!
We’re proud to have worked with Hammersmith and Fulham Council’s Electoral services team and Disabled residents to develop this campaign and improve our access to democracy.
We urge all Disabled people to register to vote! To vote in the local elections you must register by Tuesday 17th April. A 2017 Electoral Commission survey of disabled voters found that many Disabled people still face barriers to registering to vote and voting. Disabled voters should have access to good information and support to ensure we can cast our votes with the same confidence as non-disabled voters.
